A Failure on All Levels!
New Orleans is a broken city run by an incompetent, self-centered mayor. One can only surmise that her appointed administrators reflect the same pattern.The Sewerage and Water Board has allowed that infrastructure to deteriorate. Too often there are boiling water orders and drainage is laughable unless you must live with it. Then it’s frightening. Why can’t they keep pumps running?...
