Wayne Francis Billiot entered into eternal rest on April 7, 2026. Beloved husband of Janice Simoneaux Billiot for 35 years. Wayne was born in Golden Meadow and lived in Boothville and Venice, LA. Father of Derrel Billiot (Samantha), Lacey Lebouef, Renata Tastet (Paul), and Christina Rojas (Anthony). Grandfather of 24 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, and the late Michelle Billiot and Serenity Sophia Tastet. Son of the late Rosalie Martha Billiot and Lawrence Francis Joseph Billiot. Sibling to Lisa Dean (Robert), Clyde Billiot (Tammy), Dale Billiot, Daniel Francis, Patrick Billiot, Rachel Griffin (Tal), Celina Delatte (Keith), and Nick Billiot (Rayda) and the late Oricia Billiot. Wayne worked for Earl Armstrong for over 20 years with cattle, and at the time of his passing he was working for J. Ragas Contractors. He drove air boats, crew boats, and deck boats. He was friends with everyone and especially best of friends to Leo Taylor, Earl Armstrong, and his favorite dog Peppe. Relatives and Friends of the Family, as well as employees of J. Ragas Contractors and Hilcorp were invited to attend the Funeral Service in the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 2100 Westbank Expy, Harvey, LA on Monday, April 13, 2026 at 1 PM. Interment Westlawn Memorial Park Cemetery, Gretna, LA.
