Errol Flyn Turner, Sr., affectionately known as “Nutsie,” peacefully transitioned into eternal rest on Sunday, October 10, 2021, at West Jefferson Medical Center in Marrero, LA, at the age of 63. Errol was born on July 14, 1958, to the late Benjamin Turner, Sr., and Bertha Lafrance Turner. He was a native of City Price, LA, and a longtime resident of Harvey, LA. Errol is survived by his loving and devoted wife Annie Brown Turner and his cherished children Keola, Errol, Jr., and Miraka Turner. He is the brother of Steve Turner (Charlotte), Lana Jones (Benjamin Sr.), Jacqueline Littleton, Benjamin Turner, Jr., Jeffery Turner and the late Raymond Hart, Henry Turner, Veraldine Garrison, Ellery Turner, Gaynell Turner and Shirley Williams. He is also survived by a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives, and devoted friends. He is the proud and loving grandfather of Thaj Michael and Tyce Kingston Turner. Relatives and friends of the family attended the visitation the evening of Friday, October 15, 2021 and again on Saturday, October 16, 2021; followed by a funeral service at Robinson Family Funeral Home, 9611 LA 23, Belle Chasse LA.
