Cyclists Use Trek Down Mississippi River to Raise Money for Veterans, First-Responders

CYCLISTS – Yet another pair of adventure seekers completed their journey down the Mississippi River in Plaquemines Parish. The 65-year-old lifelong best friends, Jim Lipuma and Dr. J.D. McCourt, began their long cycling trek in mid-August at the beginning of the Mississippi at Lake Itasca in Minnesota.
