Council Vexed by Communication Problems During Snow Storm

It’s been over a week since a historic winter storm struck Plaquemines Parish and the entire southeast Louisiana region on January 21. Since that time, Plaquemines Parish Government (PPG) officials and employees worked long hours to ensure the parish could re-open as quickly as possible.
