Kevin Joseph Elliott, Sr., passed away peacefully at his home on Wednesday, August 28, 2024 after a brief illness at the age of 66. He was preceded in death by his parents, Raymond Paul and Agnes Taylor Elliott, and his brother, Victor Elliott. Kevin is survived by his wife of 44 years, Deanna Elliott, his children, Kevin Joseph Elliott, Jr. (Christine) and Lauren Elliott and his grandchildren, Cole Elliott, Emma Zamarripa and Dylan Zamarripa. He is also survived by his sisters, Cindy Dauner, Raelynn Elliott and Robin Heinzl (Fred). Kevin was a native of New Orleans, LA and was a longtime resident of the Westbank and he enjoyed coaching his children in baseball and softball with PARD. He retired from Chevron Chemical Plant in Belle Chasse in 2012 as the maintenance supervisor after 32 years of service. Upon his retirement, he moved to the Northshore in Bush, La. to fulfill his dream of having horses. Services will be private at a later date. E.J.
