Lionel Scott Jr. departed this life on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank at the age of 55. He was a native of Empire, LA and a resident of Terrytown, LA. Beloved son of Nellie Ann Demolle Perkins and the late Lionel Scott Sr. Beloved stepson of the late James Perkins. Devoted husband of Laketha Williams Scott. Loving father of Lorelle Gulasarian, Lionel McCall, Cora Williams, Lashon Scott, Dejone' Avist, Ayanna Lee, Lionel Scott III, Kennedy Phillips, Kaymine Phillips and Jamari Scott. Brother of Shelia Scott (Qunala), Lisa Parker (late Cordell), Pamela Roberts (Clay), Lanell Scott (John Parker), Chanel Gause (Troy) and Annie Marshall (John). He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, four sisters-in-law, one brotherin- law, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends. Relatives and friends of the family attended his funeral services on Saturday, December 28, 2024 at Robinson Family Funeral Home in Belle Chasse, LA.
