Andrew Narcisse, Jr., also known as 'Narcisse,' was born on January 25, 1941 in New Orleans, La., to the late Beatrice Harvey and Andrew Narcisse, Jr. He departed this earth on Saturday, May 25, 2024. In addition to his parents, Mr. Narcisse is also preceded in death by a son, Guy Harvey and a sister, Catherine Narcisse.
Survivors include his children, Rosemary Weatherstrand (Lawrence), Dean and Ryan Harvey (Conchita), Lucia Sylvester (John), Mark, Clifton, Devona (Corey) and Crystal Harvey (Theron); sister, Jacquelin Ray (Nathaniel). He attended Phoenix High School and retired from the Plaquemine Parish Government.
A Mass of Christian burial honoring the life and legacy of the late Mr. Andrew Narcisse, Jr., will be held at St. Thomas Catholic Church, 17605 Hwy. 15, Pointe a la Hache, LA on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 11 am.
