Lionel Scott Jr. departed this life on Wednesday, December 18, 2024, at Ochsner Medical Center Westbank. He was 55 years old and a native of Empire, LA. and a resident of Terrytown LA. Beloved son of Nellie Ann Demolle Perkins and the late Lionel Scott Sr. Beloved stepson of the late James Perkins. Devoted husband of Laketha Williams Scott. Loving father of Lorelle Gulasarian, Lionel McCall, Cora Williams, Lashon Scott, Dejone' Avist, Ayanna Lee, Lionel Scott III, Kennedy Phillips, Kaymine Phillips and Jamari Scott. Brother of Shelia Scott (Qunala), Lisa Parker (late Cordell), Pamela Roberts (Clay), Lanell Scott (John Parker), Chanel Gause (Troy) and Annie Marshall (John). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, four sisters-inlaw, one brother-in-law, several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and devoted friends. Relatives and friends of the family attended the funeral service on Saturday, December 28, 2024, at Robinson Family Funeral Home in Belle Chasse, LA.
