Mildred Costict

Mildred Costict departed this life peacefully on Saturday, January 25, 2025, her heavenly father called for her and she quietly whisked away from this world to the presence of God and into eternal peace. she was employee by Ingalls Shipbuilding for 27 years as a rst-class painter, Mildred had strong work ethics and efficiently performed her assigned work tasks while employed in the paint dept. before her retired in 1998. Upon retiring she became a Bob the Builder xing everything, there was nothing she could x. She loved to care for others, no matter the circumstance, she would give a stranger a home. She loved to go shing and crabbing with her friends, Mildred was preceded in death by her parents: late Rosemary Zenon and the late Joseph Williams. Her Son Charlie Costict, daughter Katherine Costict, two great-grandsons, Ontario Winkeld and Landon Thomas, Sisters. Irene (Kenneth Sr.) Martin, Gloria (Alfred) Mackey, Russell Sr. (Mathilda) Louis (Mary) Burnell Sr. (Norine) and Reynard Williams and Sherner Lafrance. Sister of Linda (Nathan-deceased) Taylor, Brothers of Sammy (Iris)Williams, Larry (Faynell) and Peter (Sharon-deceased) Williams. Mildred leaves a lasting legacy and loving memories to her children: Debra (Ronald Thomas), Artherine Winkeld, and Dominic Murray. Her grandchildren: Rachel (Barron) Freeman, Sharika (Renard) Carswell, LaRhonda Thomas, Julie (Xavier)Hillary, Montarius Winkeld. Meleni Costict, Antwan Johnson and Charlie Boost Jr. Her great-grandchildren: Cierra (Michael) King, Breyana Freeman, Makenzie Lowery, Teigan Tgomas and Major Carswell, Zaire Hillary, Nasir Hillary, D’unta Hillary and Zaria Hillary; and great-great-grandchildren Meyah King and Jeremiah Perez. Her devoted friend and casino buddy Honda Downs. Relatives and friends of the family attended the celebration of life service held on Saturday, February 1, 2025, at Robinson Family Funeral Home in Belle Chasse, LA. Reverend Jordan L.
