Nagara Duplessis Williamson departed this life on Sunday, May 26, 2024 at Hollywood Presbyterian Medical Center, in Los Angeles, Ca., at the age of 50. He was a native of Buras, La., and a resident of Los Angeles for over 30 years. Nagara was a proud graduate of Buras High School (Class of 1991) and served his country in the United States Marines. Beloved son of Lucretia Hunter and Theodore J. Williamson Jr. Stepson of the late Frank Culpepper. Devoted brother of Nicovie Duplessis.
Devoted cousin of Dara Wilson and Makenzie S. Thorne. Uncle of Taivonnia Robottom (Todd), Ifeoma Okah-Estrada (Reggie), Treyven Okah and Taylenne Howard. Great-uncle of Ember Estrada. Devoted friend of Dwayneloui K. Kuahiwinui. Grandson of the late Henry 'Happy' Hunter, Virginia Jones Hunter, Antonia Parker Williamson and Theodore J. Williamson Sr. Nephew of the late Sandra Hunter and the late Christine Ann Williamson.
